Membership Agreement

We’re excited to have you as part of our wellness community. This membership is designed to support your ongoing health through regular, therapeutic bodywork. Please review the agreement below to understand the terms, benefits, and expectations of your membership. Our goal is to provide a serene, consistent, and high-quality experience that helps you feel your best.

Membership Tiers

Tier 2

One 90-minute massage per month

Tier 1

One 60-minute massage per month

Benefits

$15 off regular rate
Priority scheduling (booked 6 months out)
Unlimited enhancements
Gratuity included in membership price
Referral bonuses & anniversary/birthday upgrades
No joining or cancellation fees (limit one join per calendar year)

Billing & Payments:

Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.
Payment is processed securely via card on file.
If payment fails, you will have 5-7 days to update your info before benefits are paused.

Cancellation & Refunds:

No contract required. Cancel anytime via email or booking system.
Membership can only be rejoined once per calendar year after cancellation.
No refunds are issued. Remaining credits stay valid per the rollover policy.

Credit & Session Policies:

Credits roll over for up to 12 months.
Max of 3 accumulated credits before outreach and possible removal from the program.
Clients may gift up to 3 sessions per year.

No-Show, Rescheduling & Late Arrival:

Reschedule or cancel with 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or late cancellations are charged the full service amount.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their original scheduled session.

Membership Renewal & Termination:

Membership auto-renews monthly unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to terminate membership due to policy violations, excessive no-shows, or excessive credit accumulation.

Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for booking sessions using our systems.
Health and wellness outcomes are not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions or concerns before each session.

Legal Disclaimer:

Massage and bodywork services are not a substitute for medical care.
Clients must disclose relevant health concerns before each session.
By participating, you agree to receive services at your own risk and release Spring Therapeutics and its practitioners from liability not caused by negligence.

By enrolling, you agree to these terms and understand your responsibilities as a member.
